Matching Guests To Hosts

Hester Gray London provides a discreet service for its Hosts. The details of your house will not be in the public domain and will only be released to potential Guests if we feel they are the right match for your home. We provide potential Guests with a username and password to log in to our site so they can view the properties we have chosen for them. Each property profile includes photos and comprehensive details of what your house offers. We also include a section of your house rules. Every property is provided with The Little Gray Book – a personalised directory of the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, bars, parks and other points of interest.

Before Your Guests Arrive

We take a full photographic inventory of your home and arrange packing and storage of any of your personal effects. If you need to store a large number of items, we work with Cadogan Tate who will arrange this, for an additional fee. Our team of professional cleaners then prepare your property in readiness for your Guests. We also provide our own Egyptian cotton bed linen, luxury towels and Cath Collins bath and shower products

During Your Guests’ Stay

We personally check-in the Guests to show them round your home and explain how your property works. During their stay, we are always on call for your Guests. We also offer them with an extensive range of concierge services which are charged in addition to the rental fee. At the end of your Guests’ stay, we are there to ensure that they are safely on their way to their next destination. All your personal effects are put back in place and our cleaners make your property ready for your return.

Insurance

It is important to us that you are at ease with all the ramifications of renting out your home. We provide assistance with your insurance liabilities and give advice on the tax and legal aspects of renting out your home. This advice is provided free of charge by St James’s Place Wealth Management.
